Intro to the Gynae Talk

We just need a few things to be said about the Vagina.

The vagina’s well-being runs along the well-being of a woman’s mind.

It started right from when she was a girl.

The way her Mother broached the idea of sex, marriage, men – all shape her sexual orientation. If your Mother drummed it a little too strenuously in your ears that sex was sin and that it was for loose girls, it’s possible that you may grow up feeling a little unworthy or constantly trying to be a “good girl” You may be frigid, or you may never get to enjoy sex with your spouse as you should. You may even have an STI and be denial because it may reinforce your perception of yourself as a bad girl. You may end up being too shy to even see what your vagina looks like or be ashamed to feel good about sex.

First lesson – groom, guide your daughters with the right information. Reinforce your religion to help keep them in line but not to scare them.

Bring them up to be worthy, confident women who do not need to please all the time!

I envision Hilda’s Shoulder to be a relationship park-a place you go to learn, vent and share. I have another understanding of the word relationship -I don’t think it is for people dating only. A marriage is a relationship too, and one which needs great rela- tions in the SHIP called home!
Hilda’s Shoulder is a place where we virtually hold hands like - real friends should. If you want to come anonymously...we understand ..still come! Hilda’s shoulder is here for you!
